Welcome to BimaPlus Insurance Services offered by Jastrust Insurance Agency which is a Strategic business unit for MUTHOGA INVESTMENT COMPANY ( t/a M.I.C ltd) Limited. By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing an insurance product, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Insurance Products & Services

BimaPlus offers personalized insurance solutions including but not limited to car, health, life, business, farm, marine, travel, and personal accident insurance. All products are subject to underwriting guidelines and approval by our partner insurers.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

  • A resident or citizen of Kenya
  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to provide accurate personal and financial information.
3. Digital Access & Communication

By using our online platform, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone regarding your insurance inquiries, quotes, and policy updates.

4. Payments & Premiums

All payments must be made through approved channels (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer). Premiums are due as per the schedule outlined in your policy documents. Late payments may result in cancellation or suspension of coverage.

5. Policy Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations to your policy at any time, subject to insurer approval and applicable fees. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the insurer’s terms.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is handled in accordance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

BimaPlus is an insurance intermediary and not the underwriter. We are not liable for claim decisions made by partner insurers. We strive to ensure accurate information but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
